Deliveries:
Currently, GRAPE TREE only delivers to the West and East Malaysia.
GRAPE TREE will deliver your orders to the address specified in your order. Kindly ensure your address is given in full correct mailing address to avoid any failures in delivery due to incomplete or unreachable addresses. GRAPE TREE will ship out your order within two (2) to for (4) business days from when order is dispatched.
Although we are strongly committed to delivering in the timelines estimated displayed on our Website or above, delivery timelines are estimates only. Time shall not be considered of the essence. Timelines start from order dispatch. Order delivery may face delays during promotional or sale activity, sale season. We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge where your order is not accepted at the address supplied to us on the confirmed date of delivery.
What is Our Return Policy?
GRAPE TREE does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. All products are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to you. Should you receive a product that is faulty please contact us immediately.
Return of damaged products is limited to only manufacturing defects and not applicable in case of misuse or failure to follow care instructions.
Please note that products that are damaged as a result of wear and tear, neglect, abuse, improper maintenance or other causes attributable to you are not considered to be FAULTY.
If products are received damaged, defective or where a manufacturing fault is present are eligible for return or exchange. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the items during your possession. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be damaged or defective.
Return & Refund Policy
To return a defected product, please contact us @ +60192505089 or hello@grapetree.my with subject “Return Product” within a three (3) day period from receiving the order. All product(s) must be returned within 14 days, in its original condition, with full packaging and materials, otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim. Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s), we will refund the price paid by you for the product(s), with the exception of shipping, courier, taxes and return charges.
Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s) and approved the condition, you will be refunded upon approved return via the credit/debit card paying account within thirty (30) days, processed from the approved return date. Please note that refunds can take up to seven (7) to ten (10) business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. For other payment methods by Payment Provider on the website, your refund will be processed in accordance with the Payment Provider’s terms & conditions.
Product(s) bought during promotions, special deals and events, are not eligible for return. We do not honour any walk-in returns.All items cannot be returned once opened. The seal must not be tampered with or broken in any way. Once goods are opened and seal is broken, they are considered sold.
